What They Say About SparkTank

Global Program Manager

"SparkTank is a wonderful program that allows students to work on industry projects to get workplace experience while still in high school. John Deere Ottumwa Works had a team of SparkTank associates who worked with our employees to develop plans for a new conference room. The team presented their recommendations to our leadership, and we now have a brand new conference room that is so nice, it’s quickly become an employee favorite that is always booked!" - Amber Pargmann

About Iowa Emergency Management Association

The Iowa Emergency Management Association is a professional society of local Emergency Management professionals united for the purpose of mitigating, preparing, responding and recovering from the effects of man-made and natural hazards in order to preserve life and protect property for the citizens of our communities and the State of Iowa.

How We Have Helped Them

“A critical part of Emergency Management’s function is to effectively and efficiently communicate information to the public.  Spark Tank has been a crucial part of improving that core capability by supporting the development of a new website and creating branding graphics for our local alerting software.  These projects wouldn’t have come to fruition without the help of the Spark Tank associates.” - Tim Richmond of Iowa EMA
